Hedman Headers Won't Fit

I have hedmans on a 72 Dart, had the whole front end completely apart and the engine/trans out when I put them on. When the engine was going in, I slid the headers into place and put them in with the engine the rest of the way. Then I did up the suspension after that. That seemed to be the easiest way to tackle it. IF you have everything already apart that is.
