Headers vs. Exhaust Manifolds ~ 'Let The Debate Begin'

~ OK Kustom Headers ~

Set the NHRA Stocker World on it's ear at the 1967 NHRA Indy Nationals.

That is where the Wenzel Brothers {Dave and Ben} crushed everyone with
their 1967 Z-28 Camaro.

'OK Kustom Headers' had given them the 'special' KH-37 Headers with
the 1 3/4" {1.750"} Primaries x 32" Length x 3" Collector.

Their Camaro was running 12.50's in B/Stock and ran rough-shod thru their Class, hammering >
* GTX 440's
* R/T 440's
* 426 Street-Wedges
* Oldsmobile 4-4-2's
* Pontiac GTO's
* Z-28 Camaro's

In 'Stock Class' they ran away from everybody.

They were 3/10's quicker than the other Z-28 Camaro's who were running
Hooker Headers.

Then in 'Stock Eliminator', it was a 'run-n-go' show, as they blazed their
way thru the competition and won the Championship.

Hitting a best of 12.33 @ 114.75 MPH.

"That was flying in 1967."

After the 1967 Indy Nationals, 'OK Kustom Headers' were the headers of
choice for the high-winding small-blocks.
