I own a 383 and I agree with Rob, BUT I'd LOVE to have a 426 Hemi in my truck.... just the rumble, sound, and the sight with the hood up be KILLER yes..... HEMI is king! Expensive damn right, but if thats what ya want, thats what ya gotta pay.....
The stimulation is NOT "free".....
BUT those who mentioned a race between 2 '64 Dodge 330's one with a 426 Max-Wedge, STOCK and a '64 Dodge 330 with a 426 Hem in it, STOCK, would be KILLER, it be a damned close race! (BOTH were great engines even having the same C.I.D., they both were built to haul ***................quickly!
