416 Stroker Build help

Im building my first Chrysler/Stroker Engine.
Im looking for direction on my build. This is just gonna be a street car to cruise and have fun. This is what I have so far

70 Plymouth Duster-Full interior
68 340 .030 over
Molnar steel 4.0" stroke crank
Molnar H beam rods
Ross -22cc dished piston. advertised 10-1
Edelbrock heads (from Indy cyl)-360 performer 2.02x1.60 .509 lift spring 63cc
3.55 sure grip 489
Manual steering/Manual 4 wd brakes
28" mickey drag radials, mini tubbed
904 Reverse VB

Im trying to figure out the best cam/intake/converter. Looking more for lower end power rather than top end. Probably looking more at hyd cam as the roller setup may be later on in life. I do have a new holley 800 cfm carb and can rejet if needed. Bottom end is fully assembled.
