My first engine build. I just hope it runs when I'm done!
We haven't had E10 in this part of the woods very long. From my own and other's experiences, the fuel tends to be hard on internal carburetor parts, is hydrophilic, and turns to a nasty jelly in the fuel system if left to sit for a few months. E85 has to a magnitude greater in these regards. I hope you've thought through these issues so as not to compromise the sweet ride.
