best distributor for the buck

Neither pro or con on the mopar electronic, but don't buy into the negative BS.
I've got a couple of hundred thousand miles on Mopar electronics.
I never had a coil or ignition box fail ("actual" Mopar)...
Did have a Chinesium orange box quit, and a couple of ballast resistors.
Currently running a "real" 35 year old orange box with an equally old Accell Super Stock coil, seeing 6000 RPM every time I drive it...
Oh yeah, and how many HEI modules have failed? (though either Mopar or HEI is easy to get parts for, and cheap)
Maybe I've just been lucky?

It's not so much that the Mopar OEM stuff is bad or anything, just that the electronics and coils we have available to us are more efficient and powerful than that of 40 or more years ago. (for the average car)
Of course racers had decent equipment back then but at what price for the average Joe.
HEI is simply one of the best running most efficient and powerful system out there as far as bang for the buck.

The title of the thread is "Best bang for the buck" and "better than stock" is what he requested.
That's HEI in a nutshell.
