I doubt that it's kids screwing around. Most kids wouldn't knock out a yard light or steal all that insulation. I'm hesitant to speak about using firepower in case things go south. I wouldn't want to be accused of having planned to shoot someone. IF I am armed, it'll be for self defense. There is a good chance that they may be armed too. With all the thefts in the area they must have a routine that keeps them from getting caught. - Probably some look outs with cell phones. Most likely whoever is out there doing this stuff is not alone.
