B/RB height in A body

not sure how you installed the header itself but when i used to run pro parts headers the bolt holes had a ton of play in them so i'd put the center two tubes in and jacked up the collector to get it as high as possible that th ebolt holes allow, then tighten the bolts on those bolts. then when you install the other two tubes get the collector on then tighten the bolts at the head. i installed pro parts headers on quite a few abodies over the years. they always just cleared the tie rod ends doing it that way.
