1972 Canadian H-Code 340 Dart Swinger Special Resto - Finally started!
Finished up aligning the quarter panel to the door surfaces and weld in place, quite a bit of tweaking to get them to match up, not perfect but close and the slight differences can be dealt with in the bodywork phase.
I ended up having to drill and plug weld the lower pinch welds, it seemed to be too much for my spot welder to weld thru three layers and I didn't feel they would hold so went to plan B.
Some upside down welding, those are always fun!
That finishes up the welding on this quarter and a peak inside and its quite a bit better protected then the minimal coating the factory provided.
Spun her around and started on the right side today removing right quarter.
