1330 pinion yoke

My 8.75 3rd member (742 unit) has a 1330 yoke on it. How does that compare to the 7260/90 yokes?

I have a driveshaft with the 7260 joints on both ends and I am trying to figure out if it makes more sense to get a conversion u joint, or have a new driveshaft built for the 7290 or this 1330 yoke I have.

Current engine is a 273stock motor so fairly mild.
