67-69 barracuda emblems and interior parts

I bought/paid for emblems from this seller well over a month ago, still have not received parts, will not answer private messages, nor has returned the payment, it was only $26 total, but is not cool, so all beward dealing with them, they have burned someone on another Mopar site.
