Reproduction Sheet Metal for 'A' Bodies

Thanks for your feedback.
I believe the part you are referring to is the rocker panel (aka side sill).
Are you aware if the upper cowl panel is a problem on this series?
I seem to recall that it was on the 'B' body cars from '63 - '65.

I believe Kramer ran off some early dart pieces, floors, qtr. patch panels, and others
have in ltd. numbers. Nobody I've seen have repro'd any cowls(& you are correct, they're an
issue),or frt. fenders incl. patch panels, or trunk floors/extensions. The inner fenders aren't
as dire, but I know the 1st gen. barracuda guy's are hurting worse than us dart guys.
For reference,I have found USA made early dart qtr. wheel opening/frt. lower and
rear lower repair panels(4 pcs.) for $600 second hand online, and I consider that well worth
it.The chances of finding clean "take-offs" is close to nil,and the cost to fab,or the time if
your capable, make that worth it.So it comes down to us,the enthusiasts,to step up and
support your company for supporting our hobby/passion!
AMD has stepped up the game, but won't get to us for a while I'm sure,if ever.Put
me down for a new cowl,my poor '64 GT is gonna need one,and I'm not lookin' forward to
removing and repairing it. It may or may not be an easy repair once removed, but a quality
replacement would get the nod if available. If you have an accurate $ projection, you'll get
more useful feedback from the community, thank you for your interest!!
