if I remember right from my B body days, the rallye dash would basically need its original harness. i'm sure a good electronic person could rig their own though.
I think the wagon would look great in solid black. perfect straighting work will be the obvious key. being able to paint in a booth would sure help keepout the dust and dirt.
I have had good body men advise if budget is involved. use the lower end epoxy and primers, and go with the top of line finishes. I think everyone would agree PPG is plenty good co.
