Dustless blasting: whole car paint removal in 1 hour

I own Ugly Blaster Mobile Dustless Blasting in Georgia. I'll tell you what I know about this system.
I blast with crushed glass or sugar sand. We mix it with a rust inhibitor before we blast, which gives you 72 hours before you have to prime. It is very effective for removing paint. You do have to angle the nozzle to keep from over stressing the panels. It helps to have someone around who has done it a few times. Part of our clean up is we blow the sand out of the car with a leaf blower.

As far as pricing goes dustless blaster has them between $50K-$60K to buy a rig ready to go.
