Steering column plastic retainer needed

I am looking for the plastic retainer at the bottom of the steering column. It keeps the grease for the lower bearing in place. My assembly manual says it is part number 19-14-73. And is called a retainer w/seal. I have uploaded a photo. It is not the very end of the shaft, it is at the end of the tube.
