AlV 69 Dodge GTS project
I spent a lot of time this week attempting my first headliner install. This is no quick task and it required a lot of patience. I would say that I have about 5 hours into it as you see it in the last photos. It is not perfect by any means but I am happy with the result so far. Any wrinkles that remain will likely go away once I apply some water and heat.
The hardest part of the install are the sail panel tails. This set up has uncovered cardboard sail boards that have to be installed prior to stretching the fabric over top. The wrinkles you see on the tails will go away once I glue the fabric down to the rear window tray.
