Mag wheel washers

I'm running vintage Dragmaster Slots and they use lugnut washers that are
1.05 O.D. X .90 I.D

The local tire shops don't seem to be able to find these. All of there's are larger O.Ds

I need about 40 of them.

Any ideas?
