Heat / boil / vapor lock issues

Dirt / etc in needle / seat

DAMAGED needle / seat

DEFECTIVE (manufacture) needle / seat

Binding float / pivot / bent/ dragging

"Heavy" float AKA someone tried to repair with solder, added too much weight
