Hi everyone,
I just got a 67 Dart GT and am in the process of stiffening up the chassis, anybody have a recommended shop that could remove my front fenders and weld in some inner fender braces? I'm located in the Lake City area of Seattle and work in Everett.
thanks,
Erik

Ask for Brandon

They put the US Car Tool subframe connectors in my Dart over the winter.

Not cheap, but excellent work

There's that shop in Ballard right across the street from Grocery Outlet on 15 ave NW Right as the road curves. Fleury's Body Shop. Other people touching my car creeps me out, so I can't vouch for work they have done; looks like a decent spot, lots of old cars out front.

Anyone have any recommendations for just minor work like oil changes, brakes etc in the Seattle area. I don't trust my vehicle at any of the ol' regular Midas type shops.

Also looking to get my rear glass removed and install new clips and molding due to a massive amount of leaking but all the glass shops won't touch it!

I don't have a recommendation for oil and brake work, but if you find one please let me know, my buddy is looking for a place to do some work on his camaro.

At my work in Everett, we use a company called Genuine Auto Glass for windshield repair/replacement. I've used them for my daily driver, you might try giving them a call, I think they have multiple locations.

Ended up just taking it to Mathewson's in Renton and they did a really good job. They made sure to add ZDDPlus during oil change and are very familiar working Mopars. They always have a line up of classics out front so that's a good sign. Very reasonably priced also!

Will definitely check out Genuine. Thanks!

A bunch of us Mopar guys out on Vashon use West Coast Auto Glass. He has done a bunch of windshields and back glasses for old Mopars out here and they never leak. He stands behind his work... Knows how to treat your trim, etc. Unless you have had that back glass out on the last 10 years, you might want to go ahead and buy a new gasket for him to use.

Talk to Chuck (he comes to you) (253)222-2501 Tell him Wagons of Steel sent you.

Wow! Just in time before winter really arrives! I was really starting worry. str12-340 your the man! I'll definitely call chuck this weekend. Any tips of where to buy a gasket? Used to go to Evergreen Muscle Car down in Auburn before they closed.

Do you have another number I can reach Chuck at? Can't get a hold of him. Called West Coast Auto Glass in Lynnwood and they haven't heard of him. Is there another WS Auto glass elsewhere?

Finally got a hold of him, guess the MOPAR Gods must have heard my cry or help haha! Thanks again everyone!
