Yeah, that's what I'm worried about. He sounds like he has a stock pile just lying around, don't want to come in super low and insult him. I realize the $750 is a fantastic deal, but he's asking for OBO, so either he doesn't know which is unlikely, or he's just trying to empty it out and make a couple grand along the way.
