I can see from the photo, front wheel bearing is shot, you can still buy the bearing, but the rotor is no longer made.... If you can fix this yourself $300 for parts IF you can find a rotor, also the axle joint will be shot.
Front fender is not original, inside is painted white.
Tailgate latch handle is missing, common problem on pre-81 trucks.
The plus, engine looks fairly un-touched which is a good thing, 3/4 ton so it has at least 4.10 gears and a Dana 60.
Body looks actually decent, so does the interior.
I would give $2500 if I needed it.

I gave $800 for this 78K mile one owner 1/2 ton, that came with the original window sticker, trade in of his Buick and sales papers.
But it took about another $2500 to fix the undercarriage because the original owner, did not own a grease gun, and only changed the oil.
About anything with a bearing needed attention.
