John, I don't understand. If your cars are taged and insured, how can they legally get on you. If that is the case I think you need to start a petition or something.
I think I'm in a very small minority here. I'm sure that they are touting the new regulations as an attempt to clean up the town and there probably aren't too many people that feel they want to oppose that idea. Truth is that the regulations will force the cleanup of some properties. - But the reality is that these regulations they've written go beyond that and I'm pretty sure it was intentional.
