Yes. Generally speaking the bigun will bolt right where the smallun will. Same bellhousing pattern, same distance, same mounts. Although the big block heads are very wide, the difference went inside, towards the center of the intake. The intake on the small block is actually wider. This makes the outside dimensions on the two engines very close together. In fact, the bare blocks are very close to being the same width.

Like it or not, Gm sure knew how to engineer a Auto. You can put any engine into any car GM made very easy, Not this Mopar engineering. This engine will only fit in this body.....
