How rare are FJ6 Demon 340's?

I don't think that's a good assumption. There are too many factors to make assumptions like that.

One also could say that a FJ6 car was out of the ordinary and might be more likely to be special ordered that built for dealer stock. And special ordered cars seem to survive and get treated better than cars off the lot.

Cars with lots of options have higher survival rates that stripper cars.
