Console Questions

I am going to be installing a 4-speed console in a 75 Scamp. I am converting an old automatic console to a 4-speed console does anyone have a template or measurements for cutting the side of the console around the hump? I also need to find the fiberglass cover that mounts on the side of the trans, does anyone repo these? Thanks!
