How to test the horn

My horn is also not working on this 72, haven't really looked into it much... Horn works with 12V applied so need to backtrack to the relay and the switch, just haven't done it yet. One strange thing I have noticed is when I shift out of park my turn signal lights will flick on for a second... WTF would cause that?
