We passed through Saskatoon in 1964 on our trip from Elemendorf Alaska to Andrews AFB in Maryland. Our 1956 Plymouth Suburban station wagon lost its transmission on the way to this town and your countrymen treated us like VIPs while we waited for the repairs!
