Rude People ruin get together

Tardiness drives me nuts. I am a retired Air Force Officer, and for 20 years, punctuality was not an option for me. The cavalier attitude young people have to punctuality today is appalling. I have friends that are retail store managers, and their number one problem is getting their people to show up on time.
