Seat belt warning light

Trying to get my dash seat belt light to work. I have power to harness under left rocker panel with good bulb in dash. Harness goes only to seat belt retractors, no seat cushion switches. I am thinking switch in retractors needs something. Has anybody fixed these or am I on the wrong track?
