What's a mechanic do instead of mechanicing
I'm going to open a small, thin crust, hand tossed pizza joint when I hit 65. Gonna move from the frozen mid-west and put it in FLA where it's warm and there's lots of bikinis.
I have been working on my recipe for 8 years and I just recently nailed my dough recipe. I have a decent sauce but I keep experimenting. I'm close, but I wouldn't charge for a pizza just yet. It has to be better than anything I can buy now.
At first it was just a joke between me and my family and friends. But the more I make them, and the more compliments I get, the more I think I could do something like that.
Probably wont make me rich but I can enjoy what I do, keep paying the bills and still make enough to continue living a good life.
If you can dream it, put effort into it and love what your doing, it can't help but succeed.
