Ottmundr, I agree, likely target fixation. The sport bike thing is spot on, look where you want to go, not where you are going. Pretty much one of the main rules of racing a motorcycle.

He missed his turn in point by a mile... He sure found the wrong exit on the the "turn out" area. LOL
