68 f/b fuel fill tube

Looking for a rust free (internally) 68 barracuda (fastback only) fuel filler tube. I only need the top 12" as it's being modified to clear the wheel tubs (if the bottom is rusty). Shipped to NY 11967. PayPal only. Thanks, Keith
