318 f.a.s.t class , oem stock appearing

A friend has a Satellite with a mildly built, but stock appearing 318 2bbl. While it's quicker than another stock 318, it's not much more bang for the bucks and effort spent. He runs the 360 intake and carb, cleaned up exhaust ,anifolds, and modified the air cleaner to breath better in adition to some internal stuff. If you want to do it, go for it. But if you're hoping to surprise bigger engines - a 318 4bbl with the typical mods will do that. A 2bbl version probably won't.
