EPA Seeks to Prohibit Conversion of Vehicles into Racecars

pre 80 cars are not very populate in traffic. Such a small number, very small number, why would they even bother..... I think too often crabby folks take their personal pet peeves and want to implement them into law. I see it at times in a small town board. What a shame.........
