vvt factory harness

Has anyone used a factory harness from an 09 up engine. I have wired in the asd, fuel pump and starter relays. I have grounded pin 21 for the clutch switch. I am using a pcm from modern muscle supposed to have can c start removed. Anyone have an idea of what I am missing. I have no low side driver to the starter relay therefore no lowside drivers to fire coils or injectors. I am missing something just not sure what. I have power to pin 10, 29 and 11. Anyone have any ideas.
