ha! you must have noticed the average Walmart shopper now days !??? maybe a lot of Americans use that to measure their dress code and appearance !???? makes ya wonder don't it?
back when I was a kid in the 60's in s w Ga. even the poorest of people, cleaned up and wore their better clothes when they went to town. people had pride in themselves and cared what others though of them.
it seems like in so many ways our society has declined instead of advanced.
