New bronze clutch and brake pedal bushings

I was able to get a 1/2 inch mandrel which fit the ID of the clutch bushing, but I couldn't find one for the .810/.812 bore of the brake bushing. So I bought a 1 inch mandrel for the brake bushing that I could modify to fit the ID of the bushing and the 1/2 in (max size) collet in the headstock of my lathe.

1st pic is of the unaltered 1 inch collet
2nd it is set up for some cutting
3rd the 1/2 shank for the lathe collet has been cut
4th it is mounted in the lathe to cut down to .810
