mounting ears - 5.9 5.2 any differences

just sitting in the office, and it pops up in my mind... maybe a stupid question:

- is there any difference regarding the mounting ears on 5.2 and 5.9 magnum blocks ?

i´m asking because i will avoid to run into problems when swaping my 273 out and putting the 5.2 in

so the question cld also be: are LA 273/318 mounting ears equal to 5.2 magnum block ears ?
