I made the degree wheel on my computer, I use Cad in my work and it was easy. I printed it on paper and fastened it with spray-on adhesive and clear coated it. It's only purpose in life is to help me find the correct degrees at which the pre-oil charging takes place so I did not feel it had to be that accurate. The timing tape is nuts on however which is how all the tuning will happen.
