Modern seats in a 67 barracuda

Sorry Toplscuda I didn't see your post on identifying the seats till just now. I went back to the salvage yard and got the year off the Sebring I took the seats out of. It was a 2006 model. The belts move without any power to the seats, and appear to lock up when a shake the seat. I assume then that no over electronics are needed to make the seat belts function properly. Is that correct??? Thanks for any help
