High-zinc oil or ZDDP oil additives?

I would agree that on the EXTREME a better quality oil etc would be needed but probably not for 75% of us and yes for many years I have always used Fram - Valvoline - STP and have had the 250K + cars several times and never had any engine failure I guess I was lucky more than once
