That's one Wilwood m/c. They make quite a few different ones! In any event, they say to hook up the front brakes to the larger fluid chamber, and hook up the rear brakes to the smaller fluid chamber. This works on 99% of RWD cars where the pistons in the front calipers/cylinders are larger than those on the rear axle.
On a stock Mopar, the 9/16" nut is on the line that goes to the rear brakes, the 1/2" nut is on the line that goes to the front brakes. So you may need to swap fittings around.
