my Low dollar 318 hop-up project

Just a side-track project for a reason 100% not related to this project..... I've decided to get the transmission rebuilt.

- NO intentions of lowering the E.T. of the car through the tranny
- Plans are still to run the factory converter in the car
- NOT part of the cost, as this will have almost no effect on the project
- ONLY insuring that when it's up and going that I remain leak free.

Tranny shifts fine as it is, however, for my personal use I want 40 year old seals and gaskets replaced. Going to upgrade the 2nd gear band for sturdiness, not performance gains. Plans are to drive the car a lot, and I never know how far...... which is the main reason I like the tall highway gears............ for now LOL
