Rebuilt A998 - No upshift/only 1st gear

I got the governor pressure checked.

I don´t have a speedo at the moment (neither do I have a tacho in my instrument cluster). I had 0psi at idle, and the pressure gradually increased along with the speed and I stopped the test at 50psi.
