What would you do? Slant performance

Get a used Holset Hy35 turbo and rebuild if necessary. Make or buy a J pipe with a T3 turbo flange. Change the waste gate to one that opens at 6 to 8 psi instead of the stock 20+ psi. Find a junk yard intercooler that fits. Get a carb hat and a 2 barrel carb modified for a blow through turbo. Plumb it up.

I bet a DIY setup like this would make 220+ hp and 300+ torque. Lots more if you turn up the boost.
