Spring Relocation?

EXcappa, I don't mean to sound like an expert on A-body rear suspensions because I'm not, but I did install the Mopar spring relocation kit on my '62 Valiant. The installation was not too difficult, but when you move your leaf springs inward it really changes the handling of the rear end! I found the rear end would oscillate back and forth a lot after a turn, rather than settling down like it should; and when trying to launch the car, that oscillating weight shift would make the positraction diff do weird things (really hard to control)!! I added a large-diameter rear sway bar, which did make a big improvement, but I'm still not happy with the my car's handling (also, worm-and-pinion steering sucks compared to rack steering!), so now I would like to install a multi-link setup (and a steering rack). I can post a picture of my car's rear springs if you'd like me to. So after you install your spring relocation kit, be sure drive your car very gingerly until you have figured out the way the rear end behaves.
