225/60-14 = 8.86" section x 24.63" dia.
225/70-14 = 8.86" section x 26.40" dia.
215/70-14 = 8.46" section x 25.85" dia.
However, section width & diameter are theoretical and will vary slightly depending on wheel width and tire manufacturer.

IMHO the 225/60-14 are too short for your car.
