Whats the best way to clean clear plastic on dash gauges with-out taking the dash out?

I have been using Meguiar's Plastx clear plastic cleaner & polish for years. I just put a dab on a soft cloth and work the area to be cleaned and I use a clean soft cloth to polish it. Works great! Removes fine scratches, oxidation, grime, removes haze and cloudiness
