Experiences with Wheel Vintiques?

Does anyone know if they "re-hoop" 14" to 15" with chrome shells (hoops)?

I've been looking for a place to do my Spyders.

I've read some questionable reviews about McWheels, despite being "the" guy that seems to be the Spyder specialist.

I contacted Stockton Wheel and they said their master technician just retired and they were no longer doing this !!??
