I think in the long run you'd probably regret selling the 340. Especially since it is already rebuilt. If you want EFI, when your car is ready to go, you could add a FiTech in place of your carb for a fairly reasonable price and the wiring is more simple than a 5.9 stock EFI.

I think ya'll are right. Thanks for setting my mind at ease on the part of the motor just sitting. :) The FItech definately seems like a viable option for the future.
